个人简介 / Biography 张丽旸， 比利时鲁汶大学欧洲微电子中心IMEC博士曾就职于英国Ples sey现任苏州晶湛半导体有限公司研发经理主要负责硅基GaN材料外延氮化物材料表征和器件加工。 张丽旸博士具有多年的学术和产业界研究经验。 Dr LIYANG ZHANG holds a PhD degree in Semiconductor Physics from KU Leuven in 2013, with her research activities performed in collaboration with the GaN Group, IMEC. She has previously worked for Plessey Semiconductors before joining Enkris Semiconductor in 2016, where she is currentl y a R&D manager . Her technical background is in compound semiconductors, mainly the MOCVD growth , characterization of nitride materials, and device fabri cation She ha s many years of R&D ex perience in both academic and industr ial env ironments. |
