讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Hidehiro Yoshida received a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagoya University in 1995, followed by PhD degree from Tohoku University in 1999. He developed a nano level precise stage for HD DVD. After joining Caltech in 2003, he started working in nanotechnology. After returning to Japan, he started developing inkjet heads and applied this technology to OLED printing. He received the Distinguished Paper Award at SID in both 2023 and 2024. And he received a Special Recognition Award for his work in inkjet technology in 2025. And he received the Ichimura Industrial Award in Japan. The following year, he received the Okochi Memorial Technical Award. He is currently using inkjet technology to develop high-resolution panels. He is also applying it in various industrial fields. 摘要 / Abstract This paper reports on the development of a 1pL inkjet head and G8.5 equipment for 350 ppi display panels. First, the margin for 350 ppi pixels was derived. Next, margins were allocated to each major mechanical component, leading to the development of a 1 pL inkjet print head with a volume variation of 1.0 pL ± 2.4% and a drop placement repeatability of ±1.35 µm. Finally, future prospects for higher resolution are discussed. |
